Who to contact
The Paradox Foundation, charity 1112844 and company 05660874, is based at Hawthorn Cottage, Back Lane, Letchmore Heath, Watford, WD25 8EJ. Email [email protected] or call 020 3286 8900 for privacy enquiries.
The enquiry draft
The enquiry form prepares a draft using your name, email, optional organisation, topic and message. Those details stay in the current page while you use it. The website does not send them to a server, save them in browser storage or send an email.
If you open and send the draft from your email app, your email provider processes the message and the foundation receives your correspondence.
Correspondence
Information you send may be used to respond to your question, handle a concern, administer the foundation’s affairs and meet applicable record-keeping duties. Depending on the correspondence, the applicable basis may include legitimate interests, legal obligations or arrangements you ask the foundation to consider.
Share only necessary information. Ask about the basis, recipients and retention arrangements relevant to your correspondence.
Hosting and website features
The host may process routine access information, such as IP address, requested pages and browser details, to deliver and protect the website. The website includes no analytics, advertising, payments or embedded social feeds.
The motion control affects the current page and stores no preference. Your device’s reduced-motion preference adapts animation behaviour.
Retention and rights
Enquiry drafts are not retained by the website. Email correspondence may be kept as long as necessary for the enquiry, foundation administration and applicable legal duties. Contact [email protected] about a particular record.
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
